- Step 1: 140° F detergent wash
- Step 2: Ambient rinse

- Step 5: Virgin deionizing rinse
After pre-treatment, all parts are cleansed of static electricity. This process involves power drying the parts with turbulent heat, oven drying the parts, and using an ionizing destaticizer to eliminate all static electricity.
